Cable Technician role includes installing drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals, and other cable system devices. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair voice and data cable systems for residential and commercial environments. Test network communication, inspect cable lines, resolve service issues, and provide high-quality customer service.

Must pass a background check and drug test and have a clean driving record. No financial crimes such as fraud or forgery. Must have a Comcast-approved meter if possible, tools, safety equipment, and a white work truck. Must be able to stand on a ladder for long periods, lift over 70 lbs., crawl into small spaces, and work in all climates.
