Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential FTTH/PON and copper services, including DSL, POTS, voice, data, and IPTV. Configure and troubleshoot IPTV set-top boxes, residential gateways, home networks, and wireless video bridges. Diagnose and repair fiber and copper faults, perform mechanical or fusion splicing and terminations, test signal quality, maintain service records, and educate customers on IPTV and home-network use.
Must be able to do professional installs, which might consist of pulling wires in attics, crawl spaces, wall fishing, and hooking up CPE equipment.
Fiber installs include temporary drops to the tap. Technicians must use a laptop to run speed tests, plug into the cabinet and label ports, complete wall-fishing and wreck-out work, and perform one fusion splice at the NID.
Residential, commercial, and fiber routes in Memphis, Nashville, and surrounding metro areas. These are stable, year-round markets with a high volume of work. Technicians must be dependable, experienced, arrive when scheduled, upload meter results, and maintain acceptable performance metrics.
1- Connecting fiber at the hub. 2- Running fiber from the terminal to the home. No cable burial. 3- Installing ONT and power supply. 4- Running and terminating coax or Cat6. 5- Installing the router in the desired location.

1099 Install Techs / FTTH needed. Steady, long-term projects with reliable, on-time payments and full back-office and project support.

Install, program, and calibrate cable equipment. Verify TV, internet, and phone systems for correct functionality. Troubleshoot cable wiring, splitter configuration, and cable plant levels. Ensure each job meets company standards, document installations, service, and repairs, and educate customers about installed services and equipment.
Cable Technician role includes installing drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals, and other cable system devices. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair voice and data cable systems for residential and commercial environments. Test network communication, inspect cable lines, resolve service issues, and provide high-quality customer service.

We are seeking motivated, independent Installation Technicians for immediate contract work across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. This is a plug-and-play deployment with no fusion splicing required on-site. Technicians will execute residential or commercial fiber drops, mount hardware, route fiber lines from the pole or hub to the customer premises, use a light meter to verify signal strength, complete basic drilling for exterior-to-interior cable entry, and ensure installations meet neatness and signal-integrity standards.
