By accessing or using HireFiber, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
HireFiber is a platform that helps telecom companies connect with fiber, cable, construction, splicing, drop bury, and other field-service technicians.
HireFiber does not guarantee that a company will hire a technician, that a technician will accept work, or that a job post will result in a successful placement.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You should not share your login credentials with others.
Companies are responsible for the accuracy of job posts, company details, contact information, and hiring requirements. Technicians are responsible for the accuracy of their skills, experience, availability, and profile information.
Companies may post jobs using available credits or active plans. Job posts must be accurate, lawful, and related to legitimate telecom or field-service work.
HireFiber may review, edit visibility, reject, suspend, or remove job posts that appear misleading, unsafe, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with platform standards.
Companies may purchase packages or credits to post jobs or access platform features. Credits and packages are intended for use inside HireFiber only.
Pricing, plan features, ad duration, visibility, technician view limits, badges, and other package benefits may change over time.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases may be considered final once credits or package benefits are used. Refund requests can be reviewed by contacting support.
HireFiber may deny refund requests when credits were used, benefits were delivered, or activity appears abusive or fraudulent.

HireFiber may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
HireFiber is not the employer of technicians and does not control company hiring decisions, job conditions, compensation, or employment classification.
Companies and technicians are responsible for their own agreements, compliance, taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, and work arrangements.
HireFiber is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HireFiber is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HireFiber after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
