4k Weekly Fiber No Splicing / No Per Diem

Fiber Optic Installation Technician (Contract) – New England Region. We are seeking motivated, independent Installation Technicians for immediate contract work across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. This is a plug-and-play deployment with no fusion splicing required on-site. Technicians will execute residential or commercial fiber drops, mount hardware, route fiber lines from the pole or hub to the customer premises, use a light meter to verify signal strength, complete basic drilling for exterior-to-interior cable entry, and ensure installations meet neatness and signal-integrity standards.
